水性聚氨酯乳液的制备及其在木器涂料中的应用

摘　　要：采用IPDI、聚醚二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸为主要合成原料,预聚后在水中分散乳化得到自乳化水性聚氨酯乳液,采用水性聚氨酯乳液、水性助剂等制备了性能优异的水性木器清漆及水性木器装饰磁漆,并讨论了施工时遇到的一些常见问题。IPDI, polyether glycol and dimethylol propionic acid, as materials, are firstly pre-polymerized and then dispersed in water and self-emulsifies to give self-emulsifying water-borne PU emulsion. With this water-borne PU emulsion and additives, the water-borne woodenware varnish and decorative water-borne woodenware enamel are prepared with perfect performances. Some common problems are also discussed in this paper.
