摘　　要：本文首先构建政府采购绩效评价的指标体系,结合实例将物元分析法应用到政府采购绩效评价中,判断政府采购绩效所属等级。This paper firstly constructs index system of the government purchasing performance appraisal,and applies matter element analysis method to the government purchasing performance appraisal with practical examples,and judges the level that the government purchasing performance belongs to.
