摘  要:目的:观察尼可刹米对蟾蜍心室肌收缩性及电活动的影响。方法:成年健康蟾蜍20只,体质量80~100 g,雌雄不限,随机分成对照组和尼可刹米组,每组10只。制备改良蛙心灌流动物模型,同步描记离体心脏收缩曲线和心室肌电活动。对照组蛙心插管内加入正常任氏液,记录60 min内蛙心的跳动和电活动;尼可刹米组在蛙心插管内依次加入含0、0.25、0.5、1、2 mg/L尼可刹米的任氏液,记录不同浓度的尼可刹米对蟾蜍心室肌收缩幅度和电活动的影响。结果:尼可刹米在0.5~2 mg/L范围内可以增加蟾蜍心室肌收缩幅度和放电幅度。结论:尼可刹米可增加蟾蜍心室肌收缩性和电活动。Objective:To explore the effects of nikethamide on contractility and electrical activity of toad ventricular muscle.Methods:20 adult healthy toads with bodymass of 80~100 g were randomly divided into two groups,control group and nikethamide group,10 cases in each group.The modified toad heart perfusion model was prepared.The systolic curve and myoelectricity activity of in vitro toad heart were synchronously recorded.The toad heart in the control group was perfused by Ringer liquid.The cardiac pulse and myoelectricity activity were recorded within 60 min.The nikethamide group was perfused by Ringer liquid containing 0,0.25,0.5,1,2 mg/L nikethamide.The influences of different concentrations of nikethamide on ventricular contractile scope and myoelectricity activity were recorded.Results:Nikethamide in the concentration range of 0.25~1 mg/L could increased the toad ventricular muscle contraction and discharging scope.Conclusion:Nikethamide increases the contractility and discharging of toad ventricular muscle.
