摘　　要：目的:观察血液透析滤过治疗顽固性皮肤瘙痒的疗效与护理。方法:选择慢性肾功能不全维持性透析伴有顽固性皮肤瘙痒的患者42例,进行血液透析滤过治疗,每周1次,共治疗8周,观察治疗前后患者皮肤瘙痒症状,检测甲状旁腺素(PTH)、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)指标的变化。结果:治疗后患者的瘙痒症状显著改善,PTH、Cr以及BUN水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析滤过治疗顽固性皮肤瘙痒效果显著,值得推广。Objective：To observe the treatment effect of refractory skin pruritus by hemodiafiltration and to summarize the experience of nursing care.Methods：42 cases of chronic renal insufficiency treated by sustaining haemodialysis and complicated with refractory skin pruritus were selected.All the cases received hemodiafiltration treatment,once a week,for 8 weeks.The pruritus symptom was observed and the value of PTH,Cr and BUN was detected.Results：The pruritus symptom was significantly improved.The value of PTH,Cr and BUN was decreased significantly too.Conclusion：The treatment effect of refractory skin pruritus by hemodiafiltration is significant,which is worth generalization.
