摘　　要：目的:建立夏天无总生物碱提取物中7种大孔树脂有机残留物的检测方法。方法:采用毛细管柱气相色谱法进行定量分析,以DM-17及DB-5毛细管柱,程序升温,FID检测器,测定苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙烯苯和正己烷、正庚烷7个成分的残留量。结果:经方法学考察,7种成分的线性关系良好,r=0.9988～0.9999,精密度RSD均<4.5%,回收率88%～95%,检出限均能满足测定要求。结论:所建立的方法准确可行,简便、快速,可成功地用于多种提取物中大孔树脂有机残留量的测定,结果满意。Objective：To establish a method to determine 7 organic residues with macroporous adsorption resin in the total alkaloids extract from Rhizoma Corydails Decumbentis.Methods：The GC system was used for quantitative analysis with DM-17 and DB-5 capillary columns and FID as the detector.The temperature programming was used.The content of organic residues benzene,toluene,o-dimethyl benzene,styrene,divinylbenzene,n-hexane and n-heptane were determined.Results：The calibration curves showed good linearity by methodological investigation.The coefficient of correlation r =0.9988-0.9999.The average recoveries were 88%-95% and the precision RSD were all under 4.5%.Conclusion：This method is accurate,feasible,simple,convenient and fast,which can be used to determination of organic residues with macroporous resin in many kinds of extracts.
