摘 要:陆贾《新语》中多处叙《诗》史、言《诗》事、论《诗》说、引《诗》句,在一定程度上体现了陆贾的《诗》学观。他以"统物通变"为探讨汉初《诗》学的主要方法,提出了"原情立本"、"以匡衰乱"、"尽情为器"的《诗》史观;提出了"《诗》以仁义存亡"的《诗》学思想总纲以及"调心在己"的学《诗》观;并提出了"书不必起仲尼之门"的用《诗》观。陆贾这种"统物通变"的《诗》学阐释是汉初儒者对《诗》学思想的一次创新与改造,极大地影响了汉代后学对《诗》的理解与建构。In his book Xinyu, Lu jia mentions the history, story, theory, and lines of The Book of Songs many times, to some extent which reveals his views on The Book of Songs. He takes the principle of "governing everything and understanding changes" as the main method to investigate The Book of Songs, that is, proposing "exploring the origin and founding the essence, preventing and improving the disorder, and expressing one' s feeling fully" as the method to investigate its history; proposing "the humanity and justice decides its fate" as its thought outline and "adjusting oneself" as the principle to learn it; proposing "writing is not necessarily from Confucius and his disciples" as the principle to use it. His interpretation is the innovation and reshape of the thoughts of The Book of Songs for the Confucianists in the early Han Dynasty, which puts a great influence on the un- derstanding and constructing of The Book of Songs.
