中药止痛胶囊中芍药苷的HPLC含量测定

摘　　要：用ＨＰＬＣ法，超声波提取，对中药止痛胶囊中主药白芍中芍药苷含量进行测定。其平均回收率为１００．７２％，相对标准偏差为１．２３％。结果表明：用本法测定该止痛胶囊中芍药苷含量，结果准确、灵敏、方法简便，且有适用性。The determination of paeoniflorin in analgesic Zhitong Capsule by HPLC was reported. The sample was extracted by ultrasonography. Chromatographic conditions: Shimadzu LC-6;column size Shimpack CLC-ODS 150 mm ×6 mm; detection wave length, 245 nm: flow rate 1 mL/min;mobile phase methanol-acetonitril-acetic acid-water (15: 7. 5: 2: 75. 5). The average recovery was 100. 72% and RSD 1. 23%. The method is simple, sensitive and gave satisfactory results.
