摘　　要：根据工程设计经验,结合建筑给水排水设计规范,扼要阐述了在住宅排水系统设计中排水系统选择、排水管道的布置和敷设的注意事项、通气立管的设置、特殊污水排放的基本要求、不同材质的管件与管材的适用工程条件等方面的一些心得体会,并探讨了同层排水与下层排水的利弊,提出了一些见解,对住宅排水系统设计有一定的参考价值。According to the engineering design experience, combining with design specification of building water supply, briefly elaborated drainage system choice, the layout and installation precautions of drainage channels, ventilation vertical pipe settings, the basic requirements of the special sewage discharge, the applicable engineering conditions of different material tubes and pipes, and other comments in the residential drainage system design, and discussed the pros and cons of drainage and the lower drainage, some opinions on the residential drainage system had some reference value.
