摘　　要：师生关系是否和谐直接影响到教育教学的效果、学校培养目标的实现,影响到学生心理健康和全面发展,影响到教师高尚师德的积淀和引领作用。本文围绕科学发展观学习与实践、教育功能诠释、和谐师生关系构建与要求展开讨论。强调师生之间的和谐沟通、交往,注重共同发展;针对四维度和谐师生关系,探讨多渠道塑造和谐师生关系改善教育教学效果的途径和方式,鼓励研究和发现,提倡探索和创新精神。旨在以科学发展观为指导塑造充满活力、富有效率、更加亲和、有利于双方可持续发展的和谐师生关系,不断完善和丰富教育的知识生产、传播、应用以及创新等功能。It will influence on education effect,realization of cultivating goals,mentality health and full development for students whether the relationship between teachers and students is harmonious.This paper focused on discussing about learning and practicing Scientific Outlook on Development,annotating education function,shaping and demanding harmonious relationship between teachers and students.As for the idea of four-dimension proposed the approach of multi-ways to establish harmonious relationship was discussed.It was suggested that we should pay more attention to efficient communication between teachers and students to have improvement together,to encourage exploring and finding by new ideas and methods applied in teaching to emphasize sprit of exploration and innovation.Based on Scientific Outlook on Development,harmonious relationship between teachers and students full of activity,efficiency and affinity,benefit to their sustainable development,can do great help to improve and enrich production,spread,application and innovation of knowledge for education function.
