摘　　要：认为饮食不节是糖尿病的主要病因,脾胃损伤致脾虚胃强、痰热互结是糖尿病的重要病机,从脾胃论治,健脾益气是糖尿病的重要治疗方法。It is discussed that eating and drinking without temperance is the major cause of modern diabetes.Deficiency of the spleen and heat of stomach is an important pathogenesis of diabetes.According to traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern studies,it is showed that strengthening the spleen to reinforce Qi is an important treatment method of diabetes.
