硫酸镁佐治婴幼儿喘息性疾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察硫酸镁佐治婴幼儿喘息性疾病的治疗效果。方法：将67例婴幼儿喘息性疾病患儿随机分为治疗组33例和对照组34例,两组均采用综合治疗,治疗组加用25%硫酸镁连用3-5天,对两组患儿咳嗽、喘息症状消失时间、肺部喘鸣音及湿啰音消失时间、住院时间进行比较。结果：治疗组显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;患儿症状、体征消失时间及住院时间比较,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用硫酸镁佐治婴幼儿喘息性疾病,疗效明显,能显著缩短临床症状及体征持续时间,减少患儿住院时间,不良反应小,治疗费用低,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the efficacy of magnesium sulfate in adjuvant treatment of children asthmatic diseases.Methods：67 cases of children asthmatic diseases were divided into two groups randomly,33 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.Both groups were treated with synthetic therapy.The treatment group was assistantly treated with magnesium sulfate for a period of 3-5 d.The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,disappearing time of wheeze and moist rales,hospitalization duration and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results：The obvious effective rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.In comparison of the disappearing time of symptoms and signs and hospitalization duration,the treatment group was better than the control group with significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using magnesium sulfate in adjuvant treatment of children asthmatic diseases has better effects,obviously shortens the persistent time of clinical symptoms and signs and reduces hospitalization duration with less adverse reactions and low cost,which is worth being popularized widely in clinic.
