兰州百合多倍体电泳鉴定初探

摘　　要：用不同浓度的秋水仙素结合不同的处理时间处理兰州百合的鳞片,经组织培养后,将得到的再生植株利用过氧化物同工酶电泳的方法进行倍性鉴定。通过电泳分析,结果显示二倍体和四倍体在带型上存在差异。Mutation treatment was performed of Lilium davidii var.unicolor（Hoog） Cotton and then ploidy identification was carried on variant plant with isozyme electrophoresis.It was shown that there were significant differences did exist between diploid and tetraploid plants of the species by analysis of peroxidase（POD） isozyme.
