摘 要:以低浓度城市污水作为原水,絮状污泥作为接种污泥,分别采用序批式生物反应器(SBR)与气升式间歇反应器(SBAR)培养好氧颗粒污泥。分别考察2种工艺中好氧污泥颗粒化过程中的污泥特性以及对污染物的去除效果,结果表明2种工艺均成功培养出稳定的好氧颗粒污泥。SBR工艺中好氧颗粒污泥的污泥容积指数(SVI)、挥发性组分所占比例(MLVSS/MLSS)、沉降速度、COD去除率和NH4+-N去除率分别为37~61 mL/g、0.71、35.47 m/h、70%和71%;而SBAR工艺中好氧颗粒污泥的SVI、MLVSS/MLSS、沉降速度、COD去除率和NH4+-N去除率分别为32~53 mL/g、0.794、1.47 m/h、73%和74%。SBR和SBAR出水水质都达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级B标准的要求,可见好氧颗粒污泥技术可应用于实际工程中。With low-concentration municipal wastewater as raw water and flocculent activated sludge as seeding sludge,the aerobic granular sludge was cultivated separately in sequencing batch reactor(SBR) and sequencing batch airlift reactor(SBAR).The sludge characteristics and the removal efficiency of two reactors to pollutant during sludge granulation process were researched,results showed that stable aerobic granular can be obtained successfully in SBR and SBAR.The aerobic granular produced in SBR had a sludge volumetric index(SVI)of 37-61 mL/g,settling velocity of 35.47 m/h,and the removal rate of COD and NH+4-N were 70% and 71%,while in SBAR reactor it had a SVI of 32-53 mL/g,settling velocity of 41.47 m/h,and the removal rate of COD and NH+4-N were 73% and 74%.The effluent quality both from SBR and SBAR had been up to 1 B standard of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharged Standard(GB 18918—2002),that was to say,the technologies of aerobic granular sludge could be applied to practical projects.
