摘 要:目的:观察血透患者心脏超声,了解发生心血管疾病(CVD)的结构基础.方法:采用彩色多普勒超声测定105例血透患者和101例非尿毒症人的左心房内径(LAD)、右心房内径(RAD)、左心室内径(LVD)、右心室内径(RVD)、室间隔厚度(IVS)、左心室后壁(LVPW)、左室心肌重量指数(LVMI)、舒张期快速充盈峰值(E)/舒张末期充盈峰值(A),并作比较.血透患者中有CVD表现组54例和无CVD表现组51例比较上述指标.结果:血透患者的LAD、RVD、LVD IVS、LVPW、LVMI显著高于对照组.CVD组年龄、IVS、LVPW、LVMI显著高于无CVD组.部分血透患者无CVD临床症状.结论:血透患者心脏结构的异常变化较为普遍且部分为亚临床损伤.血透患者CVD的发生与年龄、左心室肥厚相关.Objective: Observation of hemodialysis patients cardiac ultrasound, understanding the development of cardiovascular disease (CVD) the structural foundation. Methods: Using color Doppler ultrasound in 105 hemodialysis patients and 101 patients with non--uremic the left atrial diameter (LAD),and the right atrial diameter (RAD),left ventricular diameter (LVD),right ven- tricular diameter (RVD). septal thickness (IVS) ,left ventricular wall (IVS),left ventricular mass index (LVMI), diastolic peak fill- ing fast (E) / end--diastolic peak filling (A),and for comparison. Hemodialysis patients with CVD performance group and 54 pa- tients without CVD performance comparison group of 51 cases these indicators. Results: Hemodialysis patients with LAD, RVD, LVD,IVS,Indexes, LVMI significantly higher. CVD is an age group, IVS, Indexes, LVMI significantly higher than those without CVD group. Conclusion: Hemodialysis patients with abnormal heart structure significantly, some of which no clinical symptoms of CVD. hemodialysis patients suggest the abnormal heart structure changes more widespread part of subclinical injury, the incidence of CVD with ave. Left ventricular hvoertroohv related.
