运动发育推拿法治疗痉挛型脑瘫27例

摘　　要：目的：研究运动发育推拿法治疗痉孪型小儿脑性瘫痪的作用和临床疗效。方法：对27例脑瘫患儿采用运动发育推拿法；进行治疗，并采用粗大运动功能测试量表（GMFM）以及精细运动功能测试量表（FMFM）对其治疗前后进行疗效评估，以、观察其临，床效果。结屎：经过运动发育推拿法治疗后，患儿的运动功能障碍明显好转，肌力增加、肌张力降低、异常姿势改善，GMFM88项、，GMFM66项以及。FMFM分值治疗前后均有明显差异，p〈o．01。结论：运动发育推拿法治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿确有明显疗效。Objective：To study the effect of motor developmental massage therapy for children with spaStiC cerebral palsy. Methods：27 children received the motor- developmental massage therapy, The gross motor functions of the Children were evaluated by GMFM88 and GMFM66. The fine motor functions of the children were evaluated by FMFM. Results： After the treatments,the,m0t0r funaign 0f thechildren was improved, with increased muscle strength and decreased abnormal posture. GMFM88、 GMFM66 and FMFM scores were significantly increased after the treatment （ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：The effect of m0tor-（deVelopmental massage therapy,was notable in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
