摘  要:目的 介绍桡神经深支损伤显微外科修复的临床疗效。 方法 对桡神经深支损伤 (挫伤 3例 ,不全断裂 2例 ,完全断裂 12例 )采用显微外科技术修复 :神经松解 3例 ,神经吻合 8例 ( 2例桡神经深支和伸肌群缺损 ,经尺桡骨缩短后吻合 ) ,神经移植修复 6例。 结果 经 18~ 2 4个月随访 ,按优 M4,M5、良 M2 ,M3 、可 ,M1 和差 M0 标准评定。其中优 12例 ,良 3例 ,可 1例 ,差 1例。 结论 不熟悉桡神经深支局部解剖导致损伤并误诊误治 ;Objective To introduce the treatment outcome of the injuried deep branch of the radial nerve Methods The injuried deep branch of the radial nerve(contusion in 3 cases,lacerated partially in 2 cases and completely in 12 cases)were treated by microsurgical technique Nurolysis in 3 cases;Nerve anastomosis in 8 cases (to overcome the defects of the deep branch of the radial nerve and the extensors by shortening the radial and the ulna in 2 cases);and nerve grafting in 6 cases Results Followed up for 18~24 months,the treatment effect assessed by following standard Excellent M4 5,good M2 3,fair M1 and poor Mo There were 12 excellent,3 good,1 fair and 1 poor Conclusions Diagnosis and treatment of the injuried deep branch of the radial nerve delayed due to unfamiliar with its regional anatomy;defects of the deep branch of the radial nerve and the extensors can be resolve by shortening the radial and the ulna
