摘  要:目的 研究失神经后猴手指皮肤中原有神经成分的溃变及植入神经后神经末梢和环层小体的再生过程 ,以及两者之间的关系。 方法 将实验分神经植入、未植神经和正常皮肤对照组。观察 1、3、5、8、12个月 ,应用浸银染色方法光镜下观察。 结果 失神经支配后 ,游离末梢的溃变早于环层小体。植入神经可促进游离末梢的溃变而延缓环层小体非神经成分的溃变 ,并可再生正常形态的游离末梢和环层小体。 结论 神经植入术有利于周围神经损伤后的感觉功能恢复。Objective To study the procession that degeneration of the original nerve components of monkey denervated fingers skin and regeneration of nerve endings and pacinian corpuscles following nerve implanting and the relations between them Methods The animals were divided into 3 groups namely the nerve implanting group,non nerve implanting group and the normal skin control group,each of group were observed for 1,3,5,8 and 12 months respectively,the silver staining method was used Results After monkeys fingers were denervated degeneration of free nerve endings was faster than pacinian corpuscles,the sensory nerves implanted into the denervated skin might cause acceleration of the free nerve endings degeneration,delay the degeneration process of the non nerve components of the pacinian corpuscles,and regenerate normal free endings and pacinian corpuscles, Conclusion Implantation nerve is beneficial to recovery of sensory function after nerve injury
