带血供股骨前外侧面骨膜瓣移位术的应用解剖

摘　　要：目的　为带血供股骨前外侧面骨膜瓣移位提供解剖学依据。　方法　在 3 8侧经动脉灌注红色乳胶的成人下肢标本上 ,对供养股骨干前外侧面骨膜的血管来源、分支、分布和吻合进行解剖观测。　结果　在股骨干 8个分区中计有 11条知名血管的直接骨膜支沿股骨两侧向中间走行 ,在股骨前外侧面骨膜构成丰富的血管网。　结论　于股骨前外侧面可设计带骨膜蒂的骨膜瓣以修复股骨干任何部位。Objective To provide anatomic basis for the transposition of the pedicled anterolateral femoral periosteal flap Methods The origin,coures,branches,distribution and anastomosis of the anterolateral periosteal vessels of the femur were observed on 38 sides lower limbs of adult cadavers perfused with red emulsion Results There are twelve direct periosteal branches of named vessels in eight regions of the femur going along two sides to the middle of the femur,and constitute abundant blood netwoks at the anterolateral femoral periosteum Conclusion The transposition of the periosteal flap pedicled with femoral periosteum could be designed to repair nonurion or defect of any femoral position
