摘　　要：[目的]测定青海省不同地区羌活和宽叶羌活的灰分、浸出物、挥发油的含量,并进行比较,为羌活的内在质量评价提供依据,对羌活的规模化种植提供科学依据.[方法]采用2010年版药典方法对青海省不同地区的羌活和宽叶羌活进行成分含量测定.[结果]从对羌活根茎中浸出物和挥发油比较,班玛羌活和海南洲宽叶羌活品质比较好.objective： in order to provide the gist of Notopterygium incisum inner quality,and provide scientific data of scale plant of Notopterygium incisum,we have tested the content of aches、extract and volatilization oil from Notopterygium incisum and Nforbesii Boissieu in different area of the Qinghai province.Method： determination of the quality composition content of Notopterygium incisum and Notopterygium forbesii in different area of Qinghai province by the way from 2010 pharmacopoeia.Result： comparing the volatilization oil and extract in the Notopterygium incisum root,The characteristic of the Notopterygium incisum in BanMa areas and the Notopterygium forbesii in XingHai areas is better.
