摘　　要：本文对当前我国冷轧带钢的市场需求、生产状况和技术发展进行了分析,指出了冷轧板带材的市场需求大,一方面要解决国内需求的快速增长,另一方面要代替进口,解决市场战有率和自给率低的问题;在冷轧产品中,优质汽车电工钢、薄宽带及高精度包装板是今后的重点产品;突破冷轧核心技术是我国冷轧技术发展的关键;近年来冷轧带坯的无酸洗除磷工艺、液氮冷却机在带冷轧中的应用等新技术使生产过程更符合生态要求,节能降耗,值得关注和推广。China is one of the big countries for steel production, but its market share and self-sufficiency degree of steel cold-rolled sheet are obviously lower, compared with developed countries. The current market demand, production condition and technological development for cold-rolled sheet in China are analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that the improvement of cold-rolled core technology is the development direction of coldrolled technology in China. The non-acid-washing dephosphorization technique for cold-rolled strip billet and liquid nitrogen cooling machine applied to steel strip cold rolling in recent years have made the production process more coincident with zoology requirement, more energy-saving, and are worth notice and promotion.
