摘　　要：天圆铜业四辊粗中轧机具有全液压压上,工作辊正负弯辊,压下调偏,分段冷却等功能,配备了双柱头大涨缩开卷机,双卷筒大张力卷取机等先进设备,轧制铜带厚度实际精度达0.3±0.005 mm,板形精度≤50 I。The four-roller rough/intermediate cold rolling mill of Tianyuan Copper Co., Ltd has the functions of all-hydraulic press up, positive and negative bending roller of working roller, drift regulation of press down, segmentation cooling and so on. It equips with a double-stigma expanding-reducing uncoiler, double-drum tension winder and other advanced equipments. The actual thickness accuracy of the rolled copper strip is 0. 005 mm 0. 3 and the sheet shape accuracy is ≤50 I.
