摘 要:油气润滑作为一种新型的润滑技术,克服了传统润滑方式诸多缺点,极低的耗油量和零排放是油气润滑的突出优点。该系统由流量分配器、油气混合器和电控装置等核心元件构成,流量分配器和油气混合器能够合理分配各润滑点油气用量,保证最佳润滑效果和油耗的经济性。电控装置能够实现实时监控并进行故障自诊断,确保设备安全,油气润滑可广泛应用于各领域。The oil-air lubrication as a new- type lubrication technology overcame many shortcomings of traditional lubricating ways. The ultra-low oil consumption and zero emission are the outstanding advantages of oilair lubrication. The oil-air lubrication system is composed mainly of the flow divider, oil-air shaker and electric control device. The flow divider and oil-air shaker can reasonably assign the oil-air dosage Io each lubricating site to ensure the lubrication effect and econonfieal efficiency of oil consumption. The electric control device can realize the real-time monitoring and self-diagnosis to protect the system. The oil-air lubrication can be wide used in many fields.
