摘　　要：本文介绍了中国重型机械研究院有限公司所为中山中粤马口铁有限公司设计成套的1 100 mm四辊平整机组的设备组成及主要工艺参数。阐述了该平整机组的延伸率控制系统的控制原理:通过调整平整力的大小和带钢张力的大小来实现对带钢延伸率的控制。生产实践证明:该控制系统使带材的延伸率稳定性好,精度高。The equipment composition and main technological parameters of 1100 mm 4-roller planishing mill designed by China National Machinery Research Institute are introduced. The control principle of the elongation control system for the planishing mill is elaborated. The control of the strip elongation rate is realized by adjusting the planishing force and strip tension. Production practice shows that the control system can make the strip elongation stable and elongation accuracy high.
