摘　　要：介绍了泰钢1780mm六辊可逆冷轧机组的设备及自动化控制的五大系统——供配电系统、PLC系统、传动系统、厚控系统和计算机控制系统的组成及特点。硬件选用FM458模块,中压变频调速装置,软件采用CFC编制程序,仪表选用ABB张力计等,保证轧机高效稳定运行。The automatic control system for 1780 mm six-roller reversible cold mill in Shandong Tai Shan Steel are introduced. The composition and characteristics of the automatic control system （including power supply system, PLC system, drive system, thickness control system and computer control system）are described. FM458 module, medium-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation device, program compiled with CFC and ABB tensiometer are adopted in the system. A reference for future engineering design is provided.
