两种常用轧制力公式在带钢冷轧中的应用

摘　　要：希尔公式和斯通公式是冷轧中轧制力计算的最常用公式,本文将两种公式计算的轧制力结果与现场实际数据进行比较,并对比较结果进行了统计分析,得出其适应范围,以便更准确的选用计算公式:当μ(lc′/hm)<1.1时,选用斯通公式;当μ(lc′/hm)>1.1时,选用希尔公式。Hill expression and Stone expression are common formula of rolling torce prediction for the cold rolled. Comparing the results calculated and the measured ones obtains the scope of application, for exact choice of the two expressios. That is, Stone expression should be seleeted as u lc＇/hm〈1.1. and Hill exptersion showuld be selected as u lc＇/hm〉1.1.
