摘　　要：分析了1450六辊轧机工艺润滑系统水锤产生的原因,结合实际情况进行水锤计算,通过合理的安排系统中气动蝶闭的动作顺序和延长阀开闭的时间的方法,有效地解决了水锤冲击和管道振动。This paper analyzes the causes of water hammer of the process lubrication system in 1450 six-roller mill. The water hammer was calculated according to the actual situation. The water hammer impact and pipe vibration were effectively eliminated by reasonably arranging the action sequence of the pneumatic butterfly valve in the system and prolonging the closing time of the butterfly valve.
