摘　　要：针对低碳生态城市的发展评价问题,采用对比分析的方法,分析了国内外生态城市建设指标体系和低碳社会指标构成,构建了低碳生态城市评价指标体系,并选择加权指数法对其进行综合评价。结果表明:通过该方法评价低碳生态城市发展现状,能够找出制约其发展的关键因素,以便采取针对性的政策和措施更好地指导低碳生态市建设。The study of low-carbon ecological cities is still at an exloratory stage.Therefore,an contrastive analysis was made of the index system of low-carbon Eco-city construction and the index structure of low-carbon soci-ety in China and abroad.The assessment index system of low-carbon Eco-city was established and the weighted index method was selected for its comprehensive appraisal.The result shows that the assessment of low-carbon Eco-city＇s current developing situation by this method helps find the key constraints to further adopt corresponding policy or measures for their better construction.
