摘　　要：针对财务报告的披露问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了中国现行财务报告存在的主要问题和智能化财务报告的优点,提出在数据挖掘技术的基础上推行充分体现需求差异的个性化、全面提供财务和非财务信息、广泛应用IT技术的数据库、注重未来信息的预测智能化财务报告模式。研究结果对财务报告模式的研究具有指导意义。In view of the situation of financial report disclosure,inductive analysis was made to elaborate on its current problems and advantages in China.Accordingly,an intelligent financial reporting model was recommended that fully embodies the individualism of need differences,provides complete financial and non-financial information,widely uses IT technical database and values prediction of future information.The result is of guiding significance to the research of financial reporting mode.
