摘  要:服务营销的核心是满足顾客对服务产品的需求,引入服务营销理念将是图书馆促进高职院校创新教育发展的有力支撑。阐述了高职图书馆引入服务营销的必要性,从服务营销7个基本要素入手,探索了高职图书馆服务营销的组合策略。The core of the service marketing is introducing the concept of the service marketing will to satisfy customers' requirements to the service product, and be a strong support for the library to promote the development of innovative education of higher vocational college. This paper expounds the necessity of introducing the service marketing into the library of higher vocational college, and from seven elements of the service marketing, probes into the portfolio strategy for the service marketing of the library of higher vocational college.
