摘　　要：阐述了高职学院图书馆建设专业服务馆员制度的必要性和可行性,提出了建设高职学院图书馆专业服务馆员制度的具体措施。This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of constructing PLSS in the library of higher vocational college,and puts forward some specific measures for constructing PLSS in the library of higher vocational college.
