摘　　要：在政府的支持下,日本生物医药产业经过近10年的努力,越来越富有竞争力。从创新基地、产业园区的建设和管理、产业集聚促进等几个方面,对日本的创新实践进行了阐述,以期对我国生物医药发展提供参考和借鉴。Under the support of government,Japanese biomedicine industry becomes more and more competitive in global market after more than ten years’ efforts. This paper expounds the innovative practices of Japan in the construction and management of innovation bases and industry parks and the promotion of industry clusters for providing some references for the development of China＇s biomedicine industry.
