轻质玻化陶瓷砖复合防腐方案在单筒钢筋混凝土脱硫烟囱改造工程中的应用

摘　　要：通过对火力发电厂脱硫烟囱防腐现状的调查,结合平顶山姚孟发电有限责任公司现场实际,制定了1号、2号机组烟囱轻质玻化陶瓷砖复合防腐方案,并在工程现场进行了实施,运行表明该防腐方案效果良好,值得参考。最后,对脱硫烟囱防腐给出了建议。By surveying anti-corrosion situation of the flue gas esulfurization（FGD） chimney in the coal-fired power plants,and combined with the engineering practice of Pingdingshan Yaomeng Power Co.,Ltd.,a composite anti-corrosion plan about light weight vitrified ceramic tile for 1# 2# unit chimneys is presented and implemented with good results.In the end,some suggestions are proposed about the anti-corrosion of FGD chimney.
