石河子市社区老年高血压患者知信行调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解石河子市社区老年高血压患者的高血压知识、态度、行为情况。方法:采用典型抽样方法对石河子市5个社区的461名老年高血压患者的高血压知识、态度、行为情况进行问卷调查。结果:社区老年高血压患者对高血压的影响因素知晓率在60%以上,高血压并发症知晓率为47.5%,成人正常血压值范围知晓率为67.0%,降压药副作用知晓率为9.2%,每日食盐量知晓率为24.9%,体质指数知晓率为0.4%,治疗率为83.3%。结论:石河子社区老年高血压患者对高血压并发症、降压药副作用、每日食盐量、体质指数等知识的知晓率低,控制每日食盐量等健康生活行为需逐步建立,应进一步深化健康教育工作,提高高血压相关知识的知晓率,促进其建立健康的生活行为方式。Objective：To explore the situation of knowledge,attitude,behavior about hypertension of elderly hypertensive patients in communities of Shihezi.Methods：The questionnaire surveys were conducted among 461 elderly hypertensive patients in 5 communities of Shihezi by typical sampling.Results：The awareness of elderly hypertensive patients in communities about the impact factors of hypertension above 60%,awareness of complications of hypertension was 47.5%,awareness of adult normal blood pressure range for the 67.0%,awareness of side effects of antihypertensive drugs was 9.2%,awareness of daily salt intake was 24.9%,awareness of body mass index was 0.4%,treatment was 83.3%.Conclusion：The awareness of elderly hypertensive patients in communities of Shihezi about complications of hypertension,side effects of antihypertensive drugs,the daily salt intake,body mass index were low,control the daily amount of salt and other healthy lifestyle behaviors to be gradually established,health education should be further deepened work to improve the knowledge of hypertension awareness,promote a healthy life of their behavior.
