摘 要:目的:比较两种学生成绩评定方法对教学效果的影响。方法:进行考试制度改革,对学生成绩进行综合性评价。通过强调实践操作技能、注重学习全过程、明确学习目的、增加综合分析题,以培养学生实践创新能力、临床思维能力和综合分析问题的能力。比较改革前后两届学生的成绩,并进行问卷调查。结果:考试改革后,学生的成绩得到提高,低分考生减少。学生愿意参加综合性评价。结论:综合性评价使学生注重学习的整个过程,对学生的评价更客观,有助于提高教学质量。Objective: To compare the teacnlng effects of two different performance rating systems. Methods:The test system reform and comprehensive evaluation were carried out including emphasizing the practiceoperation, taking care of the whole process of study, making the purpose of study clear, and increasing comprehensive analysis test to cultivate practice innovation, clinical thinking and ability on analyzing and solving problem. The scores before and after the test reform of two grades students were compared and a questionnaire survey for the students and teachers was used. Results: The students' scores after the test reform had been improved. The number of low scored students had been reduced. Most of the students would like to select the comprehensive evaluation system. Conclusion: The comprehensive evaluation system makes the students focus on the whole process of studying, makes the evaluation be more objective, and contributes to the improvement of the teaching quality.
