摘　　要：首先阐述业界对SOA标准的需求及国际SOA标准现状,接着提出并说明我国SOA标准技术参考模型和SOA标准体系框架,最后总结目前在全国信标委SOA标准工作组下开展研制的SOA标准进展情况。This paper describes the need for SOA standards in industry and the status of intemational SOA standards. And then it proposes and explains the China＇s Technical reference model for SOA standards and China＇s SOA Standard System. Finally, the paper summarizes the developing SOA standards which carried out by the SOA Working Group.
