摘　　要：应用植物血凝素亲合层析所获得的纯化抗原进行斑点酶联免疫吸附试验（ＤｏｔＥＬＩＳＡ）。用该方法对１４６ 例囊虫病患者、４０ 例其它寄生虫感染者及３６ 例健康人进行ＩｇＧ４ 亚型的检测。结果表明，除３ 例囊虫病人未能检出外，１４３ 例均为阳性。而其它寄生虫感染者及健康人均为阴性。该试验方法敏感性为９８％ ，特异性为１００％ 。A dot enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (dot ELISA) using lentil lectin affinity purified antigens was developed for detecting IgG4 subclass antibodies to human cysticercosis.146 cased with cysticercosis,36 healthy controls and 40 cases of heterologous infections were used to assess the assay's efficacy.All but three of the samples from cases confirmed cysticercosis were positive;none of the samples from healthy controls or heterologous infections was positive.The assay is sensitive (98%) and specific (100%).
