免疫调节剂对老年人细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：选择６０～７０ 岁老年人和１８～２５ 岁青年人，应用３ＨＴｄＲ掺入法检测淋巴细胞转化能力和血清ＩＬ２ 水平；用细胞毒活性检测法检测ＮＫ细胞活性。结果表明，老年人的上述３ 种免疫指标明显低于青年人，说明老年人的细胞免疫功能低下。给老年人服用免疫调节剂４ 周后再测定３种指标明显升高，与服免疫调节剂前相比差异显著（Ｐ＜ ０－０１），并接近青年人水平。提示免疫调节剂能提高老年人的细胞免疫能力。The changes of cellular immune function were detected in 60～70 years old healthy subjects comparing to 18～25 years old controls and the effect of immunological modulator on the cellular immune function of elderly subjects was studied.The results showed that the activity of lymphocyte transformation,the level of IL 2 in the blood sera and the activity of PBL NK in the elderly subjects were much lower than those of controls.After treatment of immunological modulator,the above indexes were all enhanced.Thus we believe that immunomodulator can improve the cellular immune function of the old people.
