摘  要:目的:观察全蝎、蜈蚣对CIA大鼠关节和小肠粘膜IL-1β、TNF-α表达的影响。方法:采用Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导的大鼠类风湿性关节炎(CIA)模型后给药40天,ELISA法检测关节和小肠组织匀浆IL-1β、TNF-α表达水平。结果:IL-1β、TNF-α在模型组大鼠关节组织匀浆表达水平均明显高于正常组,而在小肠粘膜表达则正好相反,并均具有统计学意义;与模型组比较,全蝎、蜈蚣高、中剂量组大鼠关节组织匀浆IL-1β表达水平显著下降,仅中剂量组TNF-α表达显著下降;全蝎、蜈蚣高中低三剂量组大鼠小肠组织匀浆IL-1β表达水平显著升高,而对小肠粘膜TNF-α的表达则作用不明显。结论:全蝎、蜈蚣对CIA大鼠关节和小肠TNF-α和IL-1β表达的调节作用不一致。Objective:To observe effect of Scorpio and Scolopendra on IL-1β、TNF-α in enteric mucous and joint from rats with collagen induced arthritis(CIA).Methods:The rat’s arthritis induced by bovine collagen type II.Expression of IL-1β、TNF-α in intestine and joint was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) after arthritis was induced by collagen,And rats were administrated for 40 days.Results:Expression of IL-1β,TNF-α in joint’s tissue homogenate from the model group was obviously higher(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) than from the normal group.However,it is the contrary with the above-mentioned results in intestine(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).As compared with the model group,in joint,level of IL-1β in high and middle-dose Scorpio and Scolopendra groups was notably decreased(p〈0.05 or p〈0.01) and only level of TNF-α was decreased(P〈0.05) in the middle-dose group.While level of IL-1β in intestine was remarkably increased(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) in all Scorpio and Scolopendra groups,but TNF-α in all treated groups was not variety with the model group.Conclusion:The effect is discrepancy that of oral Scorpio and Scolopendra power could regulate IL-1β and TNF-α in joint and enteric mucous from rats with collagen induced arthritis.
