摘 要:目的:利用水貂呕吐模型观察连翘的止呕作用。方法:(1)将水貂随机分为6组,第1组灌胃蒸馏水15ml/kg,第2组腹腔注射昂丹司琼2mg/kg,第3、4、5、6组分别ig连翘水煎液3g/kg、10g/kg、15g/kg和连翘醇提液10g/kg;第2组给药后0.5h,其余五组给药后1h,分别ip顺铂7.5mg/kg。记录各组动物在给予顺铂后6h内的呕吐潜伏期、干呕和呕吐次数。(2)将水貂随机分为3组,第1组ig蒸馏水15ml/kg,第2组ip甲氧氯普胺4mg/kg,第3组ig连翘水煎液10g/kg。第2组给药后0.5h,其余2组给药后1h,分别皮下注射阿朴吗啡1.0mg/kg。记录各组动物在给予阿朴吗啡后6h内的呕吐潜伏期、干呕和呕吐次数。(3)将水貂随机分为3组,第1组ig蒸馏水15ml/kg,第2组ip甲氧氯普胺4mg/kg,第3组ig连翘水煎液10g/kg。各组给药后0.5hi,.g.硫酸铜40mg/kg,记录各组动物在给予硫酸铜后6h内的呕吐潜伏期、干呕和呕吐次数。结果:连翘能够延长顺铂、阿朴吗啡、硫酸铜所致的水貂呕吐潜伏期,减少干呕次数。结论:连翘对上述三种经典催吐剂导致的水貂呕吐模型均具有止呕作用。Objective:To investigate the anti-emetic effects of lianqiao(LQ) on a nausea model of mink.Method :①:Divided the minks into six groups randomly,giving distilled water(group one,ig,15ml/kg),Ondansetron(group two,ip,2mg/kg),the decoction of LQ(ig,3g/kg,10g/kg,15g/kg) and the ethanol extraction of LQ(ig,10g/kg) respectively,and giving cisplatin(ip,7.5mg/kg) 1h later to each group except group two which only need waiting 0.5h.②:Divided the minks into three groups randomly,giving distilled water(group one,ig,15ml/kg),metoclopramide(group two,ip,4mg/kg),and LQ Decoction(ig,10g/kg) respectively,and giving apomorphine(sc,1.0 mg/kg) 1h later to each group except group two which only need waiting 0.5h.③:Divided the minks into three groups randomly,giving distilled water(ig,15ml/kg),metoclopramide(ip,4mg/kg),and the decoction of LQ(ig,10g/kg) respectively,and giving copper sulfate(ig,40 mg/kg) 0.5h later to each group.Observing and recording the potential period of vomiting,the number of retching and vomiting in the subsequently six hours in each case.Results:LQ can prolong the potential period of the vomitting and decrease the number of retches induced by the cisplatin,apomorphine,and the copper sulfate.Conclusion:LQ has anti-emetic effect on the nausea model of mink induced by the classic emetics mentioned above,and the mechanism of action might be related with both center and periphery nervous system routes.
