摘  要:目的:探讨生远志、厚朴及其不同配比对家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌的作用。方法:利用BL-420E+生物机能分析系统记录给予生远志、厚朴以及二者的不同配比对正常肠肌及乙酰胆碱、组胺、氯化钡所致离体肠肌收缩的影响,测量给药前1min和给药后第2min内的平均张力,根据平均张力值计算出各抑制率。结果:生远志水煎剂呈浓度依赖性地抑制离体兔十二指肠平滑肌的收缩幅度和张力,随剂量的增加对十二指肠的抑制作用加强,振幅和频率明显降低。与生远志组比较,厚朴组以及远志与厚朴1:3配伍组对离体肠肌频率与振幅的影响小,二者之间呈极显著性差异;远志与厚朴1:1,1:2配伍组对离体肠肌的抑制率仍然较大,与厚朴组比较具有显著性差异。生远志能显著抑制乙酰胆碱(Ach)、氯化钡等药物所致的肠肌收缩,并与远志厚朴1:3组相比,有极显著差异;远志厚朴1:11,:2配伍组对Ach及组胺所致的离体肠肌收缩的抑制率较生远志单味药有降低的趋势;远志厚朴1:2配伍组可显著性的降低氯化钡对肠肌的抑制作用;而厚朴组也能有效缓解乙酰胆碱(Ach)、组胺以及氯化钡所致肠肌痉挛。结论:①生远志水煎剂能显著抑制离体家兔十二指肠平滑肌的收缩幅度和张力,并呈现明显的量效关系;其机制与对抗氯化乙酰胆碱、组胺、氯化钡所致肠肌兴奋,阻断M1受体、H1受体或直接作用于肠肌有关。②单味厚朴对离体肠肌的影响不显著,对氯化乙酰胆碱、组胺、氯化钡等工具药所致肠肌兴奋性收缩也无显著影响。③远志与厚朴1:11,:21,:3配伍组,随厚朴配比增加对肠肌的抑制作用减弱,可在一定程度上缓解生远志对肠肌的抑制作用。Objective:To approach Crude Radix Polygalae(远志) and Magnolia(厚朴) and compatibility proportions mechanism of in vitro intestine movement of domestic rabbit.Methods:Used the in vitro intestine movement experiment,with the biologic function analzer to record the influenses on ex-intestines the intestines which contract were induced by Ach,histamine and barium chloride;Got the ex-intestines ampliude and the frequency,and calculated the inhibition ratio.Results:With increasing dosage of students dropping Polygala,the inhibition of rabbit duodenum increased significantly decreased the amplitude and frequency;On this basis,select the middle dose to inspect,Compared with the crude radix Polygalae,Magnolia Group and on isolated intestinal muscle of small frequency and Polygalae and Magnolia 1:3 amplitude between the two showed significant differences(P〈0.01);Polygalae and Magnolia 1:1,1:2 while no significant difference between groups(P〉0.05),but the compatibility group of the rabbit intestinal muscle in vitro inhibitory effects of single herb Polygala students have lower trend.The Crude Radix Polygalae could all remarkably inhibit the movements of the intestines which contract were resulted with Ach and barium chloride,the intestine ratios were remarkably larger than radix Polygalae-Magnolia compatibility 1:3 group(P〈0.01);adix Polygalae-Magnolia compatibility 1:2 groups also inhibited the excitability contract with the exintestines and intestines which contract were induced by the barium chloride(P〈0.01);However,the Magnolia group can effectively relieve Ach,histamined and barium chloride induced intestinal spasm.Conclusion:①Crude Radix Polygalae can inhibit the ex vitro intestine′s movement of the demestic rabbie,and showed significant dose-effect relationship.②Magnolia on isolated intestinal muscle had no significant effect,but can be mitigated to some extent Crude Radix Polygalae on inhibition of intestinal muscle,with the ratio of increase Magnolia inhi
