摘 要:利用程氏指数(Cheng’s index,CHI)法、SSR(simple sequence repeats)分子标记法分析杂交稻丰优香占的恢复系R6547系谱材料的籼粳分化。结果表明:亲本的程氏指数变化范围为6~18,偏粳系数(partial japonica coefficient,PJC)为0.13~0.67,2种方法对亲本的籼粳分类结果并不完全一致。相关分析表明,CHI、PJC与亲本及杂种F1的每穗总粒数、实粒数、产量呈正相关,说明亲本粳稻成分的适度增加是实现杂种F1高产的重要因素。在染色体片段水平上,染色体4、9上的粳稻成分有利于产量优势的形成,同一产量构成因素受多条染色体的粳稻遗传因子影响,同一染色体上的粳稻遗传因子作用于多个产量构成因素。因此,R6547中籼、粳遗传因子比例协调以及物理位置的合理分布是实现杂种优势的关键。In this study,the Cheng's index(CHI) and SSR(simple sequence repeats) molecular markers were used to study indica-japonica differentiation in restorer liner R6547 genealogical materials of Fengyouxiangzhang hybrid rice.The parental CHI and PJC(partial japonica coefficient) ranged from 6-18,0.13-0.24,respectively.Some parents were differed in classification by CHI and PJC.The correlation analysis showed that a positive correlation was identified between CHI,PJC and spikelets per panicle,fertile spikelet number,yield per plant of parents and hybrid F1,which indicated that increasing japonica content in parent was the-important-factor for realizing high-yield hybrid F1.At the chromosome segment level,japonica content at the chromosome 4,9 will benefit the formation of yield heterosis.As the same yield component factor is influenced by japonica genetic factors at multi-chromosome,japonica genetic factors at the same chromosome influence multi-yield component factors.So,the proper percentage and reasonable distribution of indica and japonica genetic factors in R6547 are the key to realize heterosis.
