摘　　要：在苜蓿盲蝽(Adelphocoris lineolatus Goeze)形态研究的基础上,利用同工酶电泳技术,对苜蓿盲蝽12个不同种群的酯酶同工酶(EST)进行分析,以揭示该种昆虫的遗传多样性及遗传结构的共性,并分析造成种群遗传多样性的原因。In order to reveal the genetic diversity and characteristics of genetic structure of Adelphocoris lineolatus Goeze,and to analyze the cause of the genetic diversity,esterase isozymes in twelve different populations of A.lineolatus Goeze were-analyzed-using the technology of isozyme electrophoresis on the basis of morphological study of A.lineolatus Goeze.
