摘  要:以杜梨(Pyrus betulaefolia Bge)、豆梨(P.calleryana Dcne)、砂梨品种丰水(P.pyrifoliacv.Hosui)为试材,研究过氧化氢、氨基氰、石灰氮对供试材料叶芽休眠进程的影响。结果表明:休眠解除剂对梨属植物叶芽休眠进程的影响与药剂种类、采样时期和供试材料有密切关系,石灰氮适合促进丰水和杜梨叶芽的萌发,而过氧化氢对豆梨叶芽的萌发促进作用明显;在扬州地区,丰水梨真休眠的完成时期约在1月上旬,需冷量为1044 U,豆梨真休眠的完成时期约在12月中旬,其需冷量为936 U,杜梨真休眠的完成时期在1月上旬以后,表明杜梨的需冷量大于豆梨和丰水梨。Birchleaf pear(P.betulaefolia Bge),Bean pear(P.calleryana Dcne) and sand pear(P.pyrifolia cv.-Hosui)-were used in this study to investigate the effects of Calcium Cyanamid(CaCN2),Cyanamid urea anhydride(H2CN2) and Hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) treatments on dormancy breaking.The results showed that influences of dormancy removers on dormancy breaking of leaf buds in pear species were dependent on sampling time,medicament types and-experimental-materials.Leaf bud dormancy in P.betulaefolia and P.pyrifolia cv.Hosui could be broken by CaCN2 treatment,while,the leaf bud dormancy in P.calleryana Dcne could be broken by H2O2 treatment.In Yangzhou-region-,leaf bud endodormancy was completed in early January in P.pyrifolia cv.Hosui and its chilling requirement for breaking leaf bud dormancy was 1 044 U according to Uath model.Endodormancy of leaf bud of P.calleryana Dcne was-accomplished-in middle of December and its chilling requirement was 936 U.Endodormancy of leaf bud of P.betulaefolia Bge was finished-after-early January and its chilling requirement was more than that of P.calleryana Dcne and P.pyrifolia cv.Hosui.
