胸外科预防压疮管理流程的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨胸外科预防压疮管理流程的应用效果。方法对3456例胸外科患者实施预防压疮管理流程,通过采取不同的措施进行压疮防治,观察患者压疮的发生率。结果 3300例患者未发生压疮1,56例高危患者发生难免性压疮Ⅰ期5例,Ⅱ期2例,经对症处理均顺利痊愈。结论采用预防压疮管理流程,有效地降低了胸外科患者压疮的发生率,减轻了压疮程度。Objective To explore the effects of the management proeedure of pressure ulcers prevention applied in thoracic surgery departments. Methods A total of 3,456 patients were enmolled and the pressure ulcers management procedure was applied. Multiple measures for preventing pressure ulcers were adopted,and the incidence of pressure uleers was monitored. Results A total of 3,300 eases with low risk for pressure ulcer did not occur pressure ulcer. Among 156 cases with high risk for pressure ulcer,5 cases got phase I of pressure ulcer and 2 cases had phase II of pressure ulcer,which were suecesslully eured after symplomatie treatments. Conclusion Application of the management proeedure of pressure ulcer prevention can effectively reduee the ineidenee of pressure ulcer in thoracic surgical departments,and alleviate the level of pressure ulcer.
