家猪心脏中心纤维体的形态学及其与传导组织的关系

摘　　要：目的　研究家猪中心纤维体的组织结构及其与传导组织的关系。方法　利用组织学方法，ＨＥ和Ｍａｓｓｏｎ 染色，光镜观察７ 例家猪中心纤维体的组织结构及其与房室结、房室束的毗邻关系。结果　家猪中心纤维体侧面观为前高后低，前面观为左高右低位；形态为前后膨大中间缩细。组织结构为软骨组织。房室结大部分位于中心纤维体的右前下方，后端位于其上方，二者之间接触面平滑。房室束位于中心纤维体下方。结论　家猪的房室结位于中心纤维体右前下方，位置较其它动物低；房室束穿部位于其下方，结缔组织鞘比人和其它动物薄。Objective To research the histological structure of the central fibrous body(CFB)in pig heart and the relationship between CFB and conductive tissue.Methods By using histological methods, the histological structure and the relationship between CFB and atrioventricular(AV) node and His bundle were observed under light microscope,and the 7 adult pig hearts were stained by hematoxylin and eosin and Masson's method.Results The location of CFB in pig is higher in anterior part than posterior on lateral aspect,and lower in right than left on front aspect.The morphology of CFB was enlargement in the front and back,and thinner in medium.The cartilage tissue can be seen in CFB.The most part of AV node located right and anterior-inferior to CFB,and posterior end were above the CFB.The connecting face between CFB and AV node was smooth.His bundle lies inferior to CFB.Conclusion The position of AV node is lower than that of other mammalians,and the penetrating part of His bundle is located at inferior to CFB connective sheath around.His bundle is thinner than thoese of man and other animals.
