摘  要:目的 探讨碳酸钙和生物钙对废用性骨质疏松大鼠骨密度的影响,指导人们正确合理的补钙,为骨质疏松的防治提供依据。方法 2mo 龄健康SD 大鼠50 只,随机分为5 组,雌雄各半。2 ~5 组复制骨质疏松动物模型,1~2 组喂普通饲料,3 ~5 组喂加钙饲料。饲养2mo 后测各组动物的骨密度及血钙、血锌等指标。结果 骨质疏松动物模型复制成功,各补钙组间大鼠骨密度及血钙、血锌无显著性差异。结论 补各种类型的钙对骨质疏松的预防均有一定的作用,而补碳酸钙更加经济合理。Objective To find out the evidence of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis to give advice on how to supplement calcium reasonably, the effects of Biological calcium and calcium carbonate on the bone mineral density(BMD) in disuse osteoporosis rats were investigated. Methods Fifty healthy SD rats (2-month old ) were randomly divided into 5 groups, half male and half female. Group2,3,4 and5 were reproduced with patterns of animal osteoporosis. The diet in group 1 and group 2 was the basic diet, while the three experiment diets were supplemented with calcium. BMD, serum calcium and serum zinc were measured two months later. Results The patterns of animal osteoporosis were proved to be successful. The different forms of calcium in diet had no significant effect on the BMD ,serum calcium and serum zinc. Conclusions The calcium supplement has certain effects on the prevention of osteoporosis. The calcium carbonate is the most economic one and the ideal calcium source for supplementation.
