摘 要:目的 探讨肌电生物反馈对于膝关节功能障碍康复的影响。方法 下肢骨折膝关节固定拆除后患者 42例 ,分为治疗组和对照组 ,均接受包括膝关节功能持续牵引等常规治疗方法 ,治疗组并在牵引中接受肌电生物反馈 ,训练股四头肌放松。结果 两组膝关节屈曲度数治疗前及治疗半月后无显著差异 ,治疗 1个月和 2个月后治疗组较对照组改善明显 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 肌电生物反馈训练患者掌握股四头肌放松技术 ,简便易行 ,可以增加膝关节功能持续牵引的疗效 ,有利于膝关节活动范围的改善。Objective To observe the influence of EMG biofeedback in the patients with limited ROM of knee.Methods Forty two patients with lower limb fracture whose fixations were removed were divided into therapeutic and control group.The ordinay rehabilitation measures including stretch were applied in all two groups,and EMG biofeedback during stretch were applied in the therapeutic group.Results There is no significant difference between the two groups in ROM of knee before treatment and half of month later;there is significant diffirence between the two groups in ROM of knee a month and two months later (P< 0.05 ).ROM of knee of therapeutic group showed more improvement than control group.Conclusion It is useful for patients to relax quadriceps during stretch by EMG biofeedback,this strategy can enhance the effect of stretch and help to increase the ROM of knee.
