摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ受体（IGFIR）和进行期银屑病的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术，逆转录酶聚合酶链反应和原位杂交分别检测15例银屑病患者和10例正常人皮肤组织块中IGFIR蛋白与mRNA的表达。结果IGFIR蛋白与mRNA表达在银屑病患者基底层和棘细胞层，IGFIR蛋白与mRNA相对积分光密度值在正常对照组与银屑病组间存在极显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论进行期银屑病患者皮损中表达增加的IGFIR蛋白和mRNA可能介导了角质形成细胞的增殖与分化不全。Objective To study the relationship between insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ receptor(IGF Ⅰ R)and active psoriasis. Methods The skin biopsies from active psoriatic lesions in fifteen cases with psoriasis and ten normal persons were investigated by immunohistochemical technique, RT-PCR and in situ hybridiza-tion. Results The expressions of IGF IR protein and mRNA were located on the basal cell layers and prickle cell layers. There was significant difference of mRNA expression between the normal and psoriatic groups(P <0.01). Condusion The increased expression of IGF IR protein and mRNA may mediate the hyperplasia and parakeratosis of keratinocytes in active psoriasis.[
