超声心动图观察经导管房间隔缺损封堵术心脏形态学变化研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声心动图在经导管房间隔缺损封堵术后患者心脏形态学变化中的作用。方法:分析自2007年6月～2009年6月间行经导管封堵术的32例ASD患者应用经胸超声心动图(TTE)检测封堵术前后心腔形态的变化情况。选取左右心房、心室收缩末期和舒张末期的内径、横径、长径变化作为心脏形态变化的判断指标。结果:封堵术后右心各项检查结果均有下降,其中右房收缩末期和右室舒张末期长径、横径均较术前缩短明显(P<0.05);右室舒张末期前后径也较术前显著减小(P<0.05);封堵术后5个月心脏各径线的缩短率较术后3天明显升高。结论:超声心动图的应用可以有效帮助观察术后心脏形态学的改变情况。Objective：To evaluate echocardiography in transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect in patients after cardiac morphological changes in the role.Methods：Since June 2007~June 2009 via catheter occlusion between 32 cases of patients with ASD by transthoracic echocardiography （TTE） before and after test occlusion chambers of the heart changes shape.Select the left and right atria,ventricular end systolic and end diastolic diameter,diameter,diameter change as indicators to determine changes in cardiac shape.Results：The right heart after closure of the test results had dropped,in which right atrial systolic and diastolic right ventricular diameter,transverse diameter was significantly shorter than before surgery （P0.05）;right ventricular end-diastolic diameter before and also significantly reduced compared with the preoperative （P0.05）;closure 5 months after the heart of the diameter of the line shortening was significantly higher than after 3 days.Conclusion：Application of Echocardiography can help cardiac morphological changes were observed situation.
