烧伤合并四肢骨折的治疗

摘　　要：目的:分析治疗烧伤合并骨折的适宜手术方法,时机及其疗效。方法:对2OO7-2011年接受手术治疗的12例烧伤合并骨折患者进行总结分析。结果:使用内固定治疗骨折全部愈合,烧伤创面愈合获得满意效果。结论:根据烧伤骨折程度、部位和条件,早期手术是治疗骨折及封闭烧伤创面取得良好效果。Objective:To evaluate the choice of operative method:Timing of surgery and effective of management extremity fractures in burn trauma.Methods:The patients with extremity fractures in burn trauma were treated by external and internal fixation between 2007 and 2011.Results:These patients all had satisfactory healing of their fractures,no complication directly resulted from surgical management.Conclusion:In order to get satisfactory result,it is important that orthopedist related to burn surgeon,set up standard principle protocol of every patient and fix fracture as early as possible,according to our experience,we advocate that surgical treatment fractures are excellent and safe between post burn24-96 hours.
